The handle portion is detachable from the vise which allows it to be used with pen sleeves, bags or other barrier methods.

Our universal head gives you the ability to hold many styles such as round shading blades, U blades, curved blades and many other surgical blades & standard size permanent makeup needles with just one pen. Blades are not included.
