Free Shipping: Orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: Orders between $0.00 and $59.99 will be charged $10.00.
What Is Expedited Shipping?
Expedited shipping is a service provided to customers who pay an additional fee for faster delivery.
When Is It Available?
Expedited shipping applies under the following conditions:
The customer selects the expedited shipping option during checkout and pays the associated fee.
The product is in stock, and the order information is complete and accurate.
The shipping address is within the service area for expedited delivery.
Expedited Shipping Fees (By Weight)
Up to 1kg: $10
Each additional kg: + $5
Delivery Timeframes
Urban Areas: Delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Suburban or Remote Areas: Delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Important Note
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the expedited service. If you cancel after selecting expedited delivery, the fee won’t be refunded.
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we may charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
